DREAMCATCHER TECHNOLOGIES, LLC — DreamcatcherAI

Effective Date: April 1, 2026

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how Dreamcatcher Technologies, LLC ("DreamcatcherAI," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with our large language model (LLM) token provider service (the "Service"). We are committed to transparency about our data practices and to safeguarding the limited information we handle.

By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect

We collect and retain only the minimum data necessary to operate and improve the Service. Specifically:

Key-Value (KV) Cache Data. When you submit requests through the Service, we may retain computed KV cache derived from those requests. This cache is used solely to improve serving performance by enabling faster responses for repeated or similar queries. KV cache is retained indefinitely to maximize cache hit rates, though stale or unused cache entries may be purged at our discretion.

Anonymized Failure Logs. When a request results in a processing failure, we collect anonymized diagnostic metadata about the failure. These logs do not include the text content of the request or response, are not linked to KV cache data, and cannot be used to identify individual users. Failure logs are retained for thirty (30) days and then permanently deleted.

What We Do Not Collect. We do not collect personal information such as names, email addresses, IP addresses, or account credentials from end users of the Service. We do not store the text content of requests or responses beyond what is represented in KV cache. We do not use cookies or tracking technologies.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information described above for the following purposes:

  • Improving response latency and serving efficiency through KV cache reuse.
  • Diagnosing and resolving service failures and errors.
  • Monitoring system health and reliability.

We do not sell, rent, or share any data with third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We may disclose information only in the following circumstances:

  • Service Providers. We may share anonymized failure logs with infrastructure providers who assist us in operating the Service, subject to confidentiality obligations.
  • Legal Requirements. We may disclose information if required to do so by law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable governmental request.
  • Business Transfers. In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, data held by us may be transferred as part of that transaction.

5. Data Security

We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the data we hold from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention

  • KV Cache: Retained indefinitely. Stale entries may be purged periodically.
  • Anonymized Failure Logs: Retained for thirty (30) days, then permanently deleted.

7. International Users and GDPR

DreamcatcherAI provides services that may be accessed by users worldwide, including through third-party platforms such as OpenRouter. If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the following applies:

Legal Basis for Processing. We process KV cache data and anonymized failure logs on the basis of our legitimate interests in operating and improving the Service. Because failure logs are anonymized and do not contain personal data as defined under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), they generally fall outside the scope of GDPR.

Data Transfers. Data may be processed and stored in the United States. We rely on our legitimate interests and applicable legal mechanisms to support any transfer of data outside the EEA.

Your Rights. To the extent any data we hold constitutes personal data under GDPR, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of that data, or to object to processing. To exercise any such rights, please contact us using the information in Section 10 below.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is a technical API infrastructure service and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children of any age. If you believe that a child's personal data has been processed through our Service, please contact us and we will take steps to address the concern.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
